Zhodnotenie relevantnosti cieľov OP Výskum a vývoj z hľadiska ich plnenia

Na základe výsledkov realizovaných analýz, uskutočnených prieskumov, rozhovor, hodnotenia a jednotlivých záverov hodnotiteľ odporúča z ohľadom na zlepšenie riadenia a implementácie OP Výskum a vývoj uskutočniť nasledujúce opatrenia:

  • Zavedenie dôvery do procesu implementácie,
  • Urýchlenie implementácie,
  • Pokračovanie v znižovaní administratívnej záťaže,
  • Merateľné ukazovatele a skutočné vedecké výsledky,
  • Princípy pre ďalšie využívanie ŠF EÚ na výskum a vývoj v SR.
