To become an excellent and successful researcher requires being proficient in a whole range of skills as well as possessing knowledge that has not been common within the R&D area in the recent past. This includes at least basic knowledge of intellectual property management, management and business skills and being familiar with national and foreign legislation. These are fundamental for a modern successful researcher.

The level of contend and extend of acquired knowledge varies in relation to particular position and scientific occupation of the researcher (manager position of faculty dean or head of research center requires different abilities to those of small research team chief; and skills required from individual researcher differ from those of research team members). Our non-government organization offers the following services in this area:

 

• seminars, courses for employees of R&D institutions in particular required areas

• life-long learning for employees of R&D institutions in particular required areas

• electronic education services in particular required areas

• editing brochures and other print releases serving as sources of information for researchers in particular areas
