In Slovakia as well as in the European Union, there is a whole range of documents on of science and technology policy that are to be implemented as concrete financial schemes with subsequent calls for projects proposals. SOVVA is engaged in preparing qualified expertise on such relevant activities both on national and international levels. All relevant documents and expertise regarding the mentioned above are available on our web site.

Science and technology policy is governed by a system of legislative regulations as well as by documents of non-legislative nature, e.g. strategies, concepts or documents. They are defining the flow of public finances and motivating the flow of private financials. The science and technology policy is governed also by government institutions with R&D competence. The process of creating such documents is very complex. It is important that all such documents comply with all specifics and demands of the given R&D area. Dynamic environment of R&D institutions and the fact that Slovakia is part of the European research  area means that besides currently applicable regulations and rules, new problems emerge that have to be solved.

 

SOVVA is focused on preventing problems through opinions to the given documents while these are created. Furthermore, SOVVA is focused on identification and settling problems that may appear during the dialogue with R&D institutions and government institutions responsible for the respective regulations.
